I have put these errata lists here in the hope that they will be helpful to other people. As far as I can tell, all of these errors are correct (i.e. the original text is wrong in all of these places). However, it is possible that I'm mistaken, and I simply didn't understand a particular page properly. So, don't treat these lists as if they were carved in stone - take a look at the original text, and see whether my proposed correction makes sense to you.
Similarly, I'm not asserting that the remainder of the books are error-free. For instance, I may only have read selected chapters from a book. So, don't treat my silence as a tacit endorsement of anything.
If you think that I have made a mistake on these pages, please let me know. On the other hand, if you find a new error in one of these books, please send it to me and to the book's authors. I will give you credit for discovering the error in my listings, but it's important that the authors should know too.
In the long run, I hope that these pages will become obsolete, since the official websites will have lists that have been confirmed by the authors. If and when that happens, I will keep my pages as placeholders, with links to the official pages.
